Ms. Anani is a reliable and experienced Career Consultant and Human Resources Professional, who specializes in working with individuals and professionals who are ready to be empowered and make positive life changes. Ms. Anani has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and an Upper Degree Certificate in Women’s Studies from the University of Maryland College Park (UMD). During her time at UMD, she was able to cultivate her niche for educating, consulting, and advising. She established a rooted understanding of student affairs, employment environments, and the overarching college experience. She worked for the Department of Resident Life as a Resident Assistant, the University Career Center, and the President’s Promise as a Peer Career Educator and the Oral Communication Center as a Peer Communication Consultant. Her various campus connections enabled her to instill a sense of confidence in everyone she worked with, discovered a deeper value in the art of communication, and engaged with various fields of study along with employers and industry leaders.

Ms. Anani immersed herself in the human resources field and sharpened the skills she had previously acquired with several organizations including the United States Department of Agriculture, International Monetary Fund, Prince George’s County Public Schools, and the Department of Homeland Security. She also continued to keep herself well informed and up to date of human resources and communication practices by taking courses at Graduate School USA and Continued Education Classes with Prince George’s Community College. She believes each of us deserves to live a more awake, happy, purpose fulfilled, and beautiful life. Ms. Anani has provided services to thousands of clients over the course of the past 5 years. She has created, redrafted, and revised resumes, constructed cover letters to reflect client credentials, and brought personality to personal statements. She has conducted individual, small groups of up to 8 participants, and large groups of up to 100 workshops including interview readiness, art of communication, resume review, and presentation skills workshops. Ms. Anani was a Finalist for the 2020 National Entrepreneurs Association Pitch Competition.
